Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and heha555 ("heha555", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the heha555 website located at heha555.net and all associated services, products, features, and content made available through the platform, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any part of the heha555 service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the heha555 platform and must close your account immediately.

heha555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the heha555 platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The heha555 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. Any person under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or accessing any real-money feature of the heha555 platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. heha555 reserves the right to require documentary age verification at any point during your use of the platform and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the 18+ requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

To access real-money features of heha555, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

• You must be a natural person. Corporate, trust, or other non-individual entities may not register accounts.
• You may hold only one (1) account on heha555. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must not register on behalf of any other person or allow any other person to use your account.
• You must maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if it changes.
• heha555 reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("KYC") procedures at registration or at any subsequent point, including before processing withdrawals.

2.3 Verification Documents

As part of our identity verification process, heha555 may request the following documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name).
• Source of funds documentation if requested by our compliance team in connection with large deposits or withdrawals.

3. Account Obligations & Security

3.1 Responsibility for Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your heha555 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. heha555 staff will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any request for your password purporting to come from heha555 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately at [email protected].

All activity conducted through your heha555 account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately. heha555 cannot reverse transactions or bets that were executed prior to you notifying us of the unauthorised access.

3.2 Account Information Updates

You are required to keep your registered contact details — particularly your email address and mobile number — current at all times. These details are used to send account notifications, security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and responsible gaming communications. heha555 accepts no liability for losses or missed communications arising from outdated account information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

heha555 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• heha555 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal.
• heha555 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits at the account level or platform level at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your heha555 account.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Requests submitted on accounts with incomplete KYC will be held pending document submission.
• heha555 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds evidence for large amounts.
• Withdrawals of active bonus funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• heha555 reserves the right to void any withdrawal request and return funds to the account balance if we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

heha555 offers a range of promotional incentives to its registered members, including welcome deposit match bonuses, free spin packages, sportsbook reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered members aged 18 and above only. One bonus per person, per household, per device, and per payment method applies unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real money is used first; bonus funds are applied subsequently unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• heha555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not retroactively affect a bonus already credited to and partially wagered from a member's account.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic wagering strategies, collusion between accounts, or multi-accounting will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and closure of all associated accounts.

5.2 Wagering Requirement Clarity

Where a wagering requirement of, for example, 20x is applied to a bonus of ৳1,000, the member must place total qualifying wagers of ৳20,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Only wagers placed on games explicitly listed as contributing to bonus wagering requirements will count toward this total. Certain game categories — including live casino tables with low house edge and some jackpot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate as specified in individual promotion terms.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Availability and Outcomes

The heha555 platform hosts games supplied by internationally certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game outcomes are determined exclusively by each provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the relevant game (card draw, roulette spin, dice roll). heha555 has no ability to influence individual game outcomes and accepts no liability for losses arising from unfavourable game results.

Game availability may vary by jurisdiction, device type, or network conditions. heha555 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or replace any game title at any time without prior notice. Interrupted game sessions resulting from network disconnection, device failure, or platform maintenance will be handled in accordance with each game provider's disconnection policy, which typically resumes the session or treats the bet as void.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change before a bet is accepted and confirmed.
• heha555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded, or where a pricing error is evident.
• In-play (live) betting odds are determined in real time and accepted subject to a brief delay to prevent exploitation of live data feeds. heha555 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Maximum winnings per event and per account may be applied at the platform's discretion. Bets exceeding these limits may be reduced or voided.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the specific settlement rules published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the heha555 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one heha555 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically claiming promotional offers across multiple accounts, devices, or households with the intent to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live poker or table games, or artificially influence sportsbook results.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the heha555 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform as a mechanism for layering or integrating illicit funds.
• Technical exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, screen-scrapers, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through your bank or mobile wallet provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the platform.
• Underage gambling: Registering or playing while under the age of 18, or allowing a person under 18 to access your account.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by heha555

heha555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, if we are required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement body, or if we determine that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other members.

In the event of account suspension pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. If no breach is confirmed, the account will be reinstated and the balance made available.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the permanent closure of your heha555 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Closure requests must be submitted from the email address registered to your account. Any withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — that is, because you believe your gambling is causing you personal or financial harm — please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for information on the self-exclusion tools available to you. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and are subject to specific reinstatement restrictions designed to protect your wellbeing. All heha555 members aged 18 and above have the right to self-exclude at any time.
